Job Function
The Head of Strategy will lead corporate strategy development, long-range planning, market intelligence, portfolio prioritization, and enterprise transformation initiatives. This executive will operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, guiding high-impact decisions that shape long-term growth, valuation, and competitive leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year global corporate strategy aligned with AI market leadership goals
- Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning cycles and performance tracking frameworks
- Conduct global market intelligence and competitive landscape analysis
- Identify and evaluate new market entry opportunities and expansion strategies
- Guide capital allocation priorities aligned with R&D, infrastructure, and geographic growth
- Lead strategic due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Develop business portfolio optimization frameworks across product lines
- Align strategy execution with cross-functional leadership teams
- Oversee enterprise OKR governance tied to long-term strategic objectives
- Drive scenario planning and macroeconomic risk analysis
- Present strategic roadmaps and performance insights to the Board of Directors
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with global technology and institutional partners
Strategic Support
- Advise the CEO on long-term valuation strategy and capital deployment
- Support public-market readiness or investor narrative positioning
- Guide digital transformation initiatives across operational units
- Align enterprise ESG initiatives with long-term growth strategy
- Support international regulatory navigation and geopolitical risk mitigation
- Drive cross-border expansion planning and ecosystem alignment
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in corporate strategy, management consulting, or enterprise transformation
- 8+ years in executive-level roles within technology, AI, SaaS, or digital infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives
- Experience evaluating and executing M&A transactions
- Strong financial modeling and capital allocation expertise
- Deep understanding of global AI and technology market dynamics
- Experience working closely with Boards and institutional investors
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field required

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $310,000 – $422,000 USD
