Reporting directly to the Director of Technology Programs, the IT Project Manager will be accountable for managing end-to-end lifecycle projects — ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing resource utilization, and driving value creation. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse, capable of balancing innovation with discipline.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Drive project governance, communication, and alignment across business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Partner with IT leadership to define strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and establish measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee implementation of cloud, infrastructure, and software development projects across multiple regions.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies that ensure delivery excellence.
  • Develop executive reports and dashboards detailing project progress, KPIs, and financial performance.
  • Mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business operations teams to ensure compliance and security standards.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex IT or enterprise technology projects, preferably in large organizations.
  • Proven success in delivering multi-disciplinary projects across software, infrastructure, or digital transformation domains.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent financial and resource management skills with the ability to oversee multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Technical understanding of systems integration, data management, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strategic Support

  • Partner closely with senior IT and business leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Support enterprise transformation projects, process modernization, and change management programs.
  • Contribute to long-term digital roadmap planning, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and governance.
