Industry: Global Enterprise Technology | Cloud Platforms & Digital Transformation | AI-Enabled Operations
Location: Hybrid – U.S. (Enterprise / Multi-Region Scope)
Role Level: Senior IT Project Leadership
Compensation Package: $188,000 – $280,000 (Base + Bonus + Long-Term Incentives)
About the Role
In enterprise environments, IT projects are not isolated initiatives; they are the delivery engine behind transformation, scalability, security, and customer experience. We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives across a complex, global organization operating at scale.
This role is built for a senior project leader who can translate strategy into execution while navigating ambiguity, interdependencies, and enterprise governance. You will manage large, cross-functional IT programs spanning cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data platforms, and automation initiatives.
The IT Project Manager will serve as the connective tissue between Technology, Business, Security, Finance, and Operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes. You will bring structure to complexity, enforce disciplined delivery practices, and provide transparency to senior stakeholders.
This is not a task-tracking role. It is a mandate to own delivery at enterprise scale, balancing speed, risk, cost, and quality while enabling the organization’s digital and operational ambitions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programs across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and security domains.
- Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Establish and manage enterprise project governance, reporting cadence, and escalation frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Vendors, and Business stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive adherence to project management standards, change control, and delivery discipline.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and resource utilization.
- Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes.
- Support technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, system integrations, and platform upgrades.
- Ensure delivery aligns with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.

- Support enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Partner with IT leadership on roadmap execution and prioritization.
- Enable alignment between technology strategy, business goals, and delivery timelines.
- Support M&A integration, system consolidation, and platform transitions.
