The Logistics Management function is central to our operational success, ensuring efficient movement of goods, cost-effective operations, and timely fulfillment across global supply chains. The Logistics Manager will lead operational initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee logistics processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and performance excellence.
This is a high-impact role with enterprise-wide visibility, offering the opportunity to influence supply chain strategy, optimize global operations, and contribute to organizational growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional logistics teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to KPIs.
- Monitor and track shipments, inventory levels, and delivery performance, resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements across all logistics operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and leverage technology for operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership to monitor logistics performance and decision-making.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within global organizations.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end logistics operations and achieving performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with ERP, TMS, WMS, and analytics tools for logistics and supply chain management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-site operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

Working Conditions
