About the Role
In large, complex organizations, project management is not about managing timelines in isolation. It is about driving clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple stakeholders while ensuring strategic initiatives deliver real business outcomes. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead high-visibility projects that support digital transformation, operational improvement, and enterprise growth.
This role is designed for a delivery professional who understands how to balance structure with flexibility, translate strategy into actionable plans, and keep cross-functional teams aligned in fast-moving environments. As a Project Manager, you will own end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution and closure, ensuring commitments are met and risks are proactively managed.
You will work closely with Technology, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to coordinate dependencies, manage resources, and maintain momentum. Your mandate is to ensure projects move forward with discipline, transparency, and accountability, while adapting to changing business priorities.
This is not an administrative scheduling role. It is an opportunity to operate as a trusted execution partner within a modern, enterprise-scale organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across assigned initiatives
- Translate business objectives into clear project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and decision forums
- Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery standards and governance
- Drive issue resolution and escalation when necessary
- Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 5 to 8 plus years of experience in project management or related delivery roles
- Experience managing projects in technology, operations, or transformation environments
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms
- Bachelor’s degree required; certification preferred
