Level: Senior Leadership
Compensation Package: $260,000 – $380,000 (Base Salary plus Performance Incentive plus Long-Term Rewards)

About the Role

At enterprise scale, regional leadership is where strategy meets execution. We are seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations, growth, and performance across a complex, multi-market region within a global, technology-enabled organization operating at significant scale.

This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to translate corporate strategy into regional results, balancing operational excellence, financial performance, people leadership, and customer outcomes. Your mandate is to build consistency without rigidity, drive performance without burnout, and scale operations without sacrificing quality or culture.

This is not a site-level or administrative role. It is a true enterprise leadership position with ownership over results, accountability for teams, and direct impact on growth, margin, and brand reputation across your region.
