About the Role
At enterprise scale, accounting is not a back-office function; it is the foundation of trust, decision-making, and sustainable growth. We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead critical accounting operations within a complex, high-growth organization operating across multiple business lines and regulatory environments.
This role is designed for an experienced accounting leader who understands how to balance technical excellence, operational rigor, and business partnership. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting processes, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls—while supporting a fast-moving business that demands speed, precision, and transparency.
Working closely with the Controller, CFO, FP&A, and cross-functional leaders, you will play a visible role in shaping how financial information supports executive decision-making. You will lead teams through close cycles, complex accounting judgments, system enhancements, and process improvements, ensuring the organization can scale with confidence.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate to elevate accounting as a strategic enabler, delivering reliability, insight, and governance at enterprise scale.
