You will oversee a complex, multi-channel marketing ecosystem spanning digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, brand strategy, and performance optimization, while partnering closely with product, data, and commercial teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a global marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, brand strategy, and customer lifecycle programs.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across multiple channels and regions.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize marketing performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Partner with product and data teams to integrate marketing strategies with platform capabilities and user insights.
- Build and scale high-performing marketing teams across regions and functional areas.
- Manage multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable impact.
- Develop and implement innovative campaigns leveraging AI, personalization, and automation technologies.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance, growth, and customer engagement metrics.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12–18+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles within consumer technology, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale marketing initiatives and measurable revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand strategy, and customer analytics.
- Experience managing global teams and multi-channel marketing ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, customer data platforms, and personalization technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing strategy with broader business objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $310,000 – $440,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
