This role requires an individual who excels in structuring programmes, guiding teams through uncertainty, and creating alignment between engineering, product, operations, and business leaders. We value disciplined execution, strategic clarity, and a strong commitment to predictable delivery.

As the Senior Director, Program Management, you will oversee a portfolio of high-impact programmes, define delivery frameworks, manage multi-team dependencies, and support enterprise decision-making across key initiatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise programmes across technology, operations, and digital transformation.
  • Develop structured programme governance, including roadmaps, milestones, reporting models, and risk management frameworks.
  • Partner with executive, technical, and operational leaders to define programme scope, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment, resource coordination, and clear communication.
  • Build programme dashboards, reporting structures, and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and interdependencies; create mitigation strategies and escalation paths.
  • Support organisational readiness through change management planning, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive consistency in programme methodologies, standards, and operational discipline across teams.
  • Guide post-programme reviews, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop Program Managers and cross-functional leads across the delivery organisation.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Leadership, PMO, or Transformation roles.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale programmes in technology, digital operations, SaaS, cloud, or related environments.
  • Strong understanding of programme frameworks, change management, portfolio governance, and cross-team planning.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, and structured project methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PgMP, PMP, Scrum, SAFe) are advantageous.
  • Experience building high-performing teams and establishing programme practices across organisations.

  • Partner with organisational leaders on portfolio prioritisation, planning cycles, and strategic alignment.
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives across technology, operations, and enterprise functions.
  • Shape governance models that elevate programme maturity and operational transparency.
  • Influence decisions related to long-range planning, investment themes, and organisational readiness.

Working Conditions

  • Remote role within the United States with occasional travel for planning sessions, programme reviews, or executive workshops.
  • Operates within distributed teams across technical, operational, and business functions.
  • High accountability for predictable delivery, programme clarity, and leadership alignment.
