The Senior Learning & Development Leader is responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide learning strategies that align workforce capability with business priorities. This role designs scalable development programs, strengthens leadership pipelines, and ensures employees are equipped with the skills needed to perform in a fast-changing environment.

This position is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who combines strategic thinking, program execution excellence, and a strong understanding of modern learning ecosystems.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational growth, transformation, and talent objectives.
  • Design and oversee leadership development programs for senior leaders and high-potential talent.
  • Build scalable learning frameworks supporting technical skills, professional development, and leadership capability.
  • Partner with HR, Business Leaders, and Operations to assess skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Oversee learning content strategy, including digital learning platforms, blended programs, and external partnerships.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through data, analytics, and performance outcomes.
  • Guide change management and enablement efforts tied to new systems, processes, and operating models.
  • Manage external vendors, learning partners, and instructional design resources.
  • Mentor L&D team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-level learning and leadership programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning technologies, and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or workforce upskilling initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders and HR partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Learning, HR, Psychology, or Business preferred.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.

  • Provide insights on emerging learning trends, tools, and best practices.
