The Networking team is a critical component of our technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure across global environments. The Senior Network Engineer will be a key contributor to enterprise network architecture, implementation, and optimization, supporting business-critical systems and enabling global connectivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Lead deployment of network upgrades, configuration changes, and security enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure network alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate new networking technologies and tools to improve performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior network engineers and IT staff.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and proactive network risk mitigation.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, architecture, or administration.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and network monitoring tools.
  • Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network security practices, compliance standards, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Proven ability to implement complex network projects and manage enterprise-scale infrastructure.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize network performance, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.
  • Contribute to capacity planning, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making for network infrastructure.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with hybrid work flexibility based in New York, NY.
  • Fast-paced, high-visibility IT environment requiring hands-on network expertise and strategic oversight.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required for project deployment, audits, or training.
