The Networking team is a critical component of our technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure across global environments. The Senior Network Engineer will be a key contributor to enterprise network architecture, implementation, and optimization, supporting business-critical systems and enabling global connectivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Lead deployment of network upgrades, configuration changes, and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure network alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate new networking technologies and tools to improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior network engineers and IT staff.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and proactive network risk mitigation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, architecture, or administration.
- Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and network monitoring tools.
- Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security practices, compliance standards, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proven ability to implement complex network projects and manage enterprise-scale infrastructure.

- Contribute to capacity planning, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making for network infrastructure.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with hybrid work flexibility based in New York, NY.
- Fast-paced, high-visibility IT environment requiring hands-on network expertise and strategic oversight.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required for project deployment, audits, or training.
