As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll play a central role in aligning day-to-day execution with corporate goals, empowering cross-functional collaboration, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and organizational agility.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all functional areas.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support business growth, productivity, and cost control.
- Lead teams in logistics, production, procurement, and service delivery to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
- Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and measure operational performance.
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality and reduce operational waste.
- Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to optimize resource allocation and budget management.
- Lead strategic projects involving automation, process redesign, and system modernization.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or supply chain leadership, preferably within a large enterprise or multi-site organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong expertise in process improvement, performance management, and data analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Experience in budget ownership and strategic planning with a track record of measurable impact.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational analytics tools.
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the organization’s operational strategy.
- Serve as a key advisor in identifying opportunities for automation, sustainability, and global expansion.
- Partner with HR to develop workforce optimization programs and leadership succession plans.
- Support corporate transformation initiatives by aligning operational execution with business objectives.
