The Senior Product Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for owning product strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring products deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. This position operates at a strategic level, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial leaders while remaining deeply connected to customer needs and market dynamics.

This role is designed for experienced product leaders who thrive in ambiguity, influence across functions, and take full ownership of product success from discovery through scale.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more strategic product lines or platforms.
  • Define product vision, value propositions, and long-term roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into clearly prioritized product initiatives.
  • Lead discovery efforts, including customer research, usability testing, and problem validation.
  • Partner with Engineering to drive execution, delivery planning, and technical tradeoff decisions.
  • Establish success metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Manage backlog prioritization, roadmap sequencing, and release planning across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to support launches, adoption, and growth.
  • Present product strategy, progress, and investment rationale to senior leadership.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve product scalability, usability, and market differentiation.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management within technology-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex digital or enterprise software products.
  • Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies (Agile, discovery-driven delivery, experimentation).
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in highly technical environments.
  • Proven ability to use data, analytics, and customer insights to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.

  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Help shape product management standards, best practices, and operating models.
