The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, go-to-market execution, and revenue enablement. This role is responsible for shaping product positioning, defining messaging frameworks, supporting launches, and translating complex capabilities into compelling value narratives that resonate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key product lines and customer segments.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and platform enhancements.
  • Develop customer-centric narratives that clearly articulate product value, differentiation, and business impact.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to deliver effective sales tools, playbooks, and training.
  • Drive competitive intelligence programs, including market analysis, win/loss insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Define and manage product marketing KPIs tied to adoption, pipeline impact, revenue contribution, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee creation of product collateral, including decks, solution briefs, case studies, website content, and launch assets.
  • Support lifecycle marketing strategies to improve onboarding, expansion, and retention.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and spokesperson for product value internally across leadership and go-to-market teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or Growth Marketing within technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling complex digital products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and enterprise buying processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide positioning and performance decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Strategy preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation capability.
