The Senior Product Marketing Manager serves as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer teams—shaping market narratives, leading go-to-market execution, and translating complex capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. This role influences positioning, launch strategy, competitive intelligence, and revenue enablement across the product lifecycle.
This position is designed for a senior product marketer who combines analytical rigor, strong storytelling, and deep understanding of enterprise technology markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across core product lines.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, major feature releases, and platform expansions.
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer needs.
- Develop sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and training materials.
- Drive competitive intelligence programs and market landscape analysis.
- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, and Growth teams to align campaigns with product strategy.
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Act as a subject-matter expert representing product value across internal and executive audiences.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or Growth roles within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven experience launching and scaling enterprise or B2B digital products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, buyer journeys, and enterprise sales motions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.
