To support continued expansion and operational excellence across key markets, we are seeking a Senior Regional Vice President to oversee a large multi-state operational region. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational performance, strategic partnerships, and regional market expansion while ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategic objectives.

The Senior Regional Vice President will lead a diverse leadership team responsible for healthcare operations, regional partnerships, sales growth, and service delivery across a large geographic footprint. This role requires an experienced executive capable of managing complex healthcare ecosystems, large operational teams, and high-value client relationships while maintaining exceptional service standards and financial performance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional operations across multiple states, ensuring consistent operational performance and service delivery across healthcare client organizations.

• Develop and execute regional business strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.

• Manage full profit-and-loss responsibility (P&L) for the regional business unit.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hospital systems, healthcare networks, medical institutions, and strategic partners.

• Drive operational efficiency initiatives that improve care delivery support, service integration, and resource utilization.

• Lead large multidisciplinary teams including regional directors, operations leaders, sales executives, and healthcare consultants.

• Oversee regional sales performance and collaborate with enterprise business development teams to expand market share and client relationships.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry governance requirements.

• Monitor regional performance metrics, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and service quality outcomes.

• Implement scalable operational frameworks that support regional growth and expansion initiatives.

• Partner with executive leadership to align regional strategy with enterprise transformation initiatives and healthcare innovation programs.

• Represent the organization at industry events, healthcare leadership forums, and strategic partner engagements.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.

• MBA, MHA, or advanced leadership degree strongly preferred.

• 18+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare services, hospital administration, healthcare consulting, or large healthcare networks.

• Proven track record managing large regional operations and complex healthcare service environments.

• Demonstrated experience with regional P&L management, operational scaling, and healthcare service expansion.

• Experience leading large teams and managing multi-site healthcare operations.

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, care delivery models, and operational best practices.

• Prior experience managing enterprise healthcare partnerships and executive-level client relationships.

• Ability to lead transformational initiatives within rapidly evolving healthcare markets.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $310,000 – $465,000
