About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration to lead enterprise financial operations and corporate administration for a global infrastructure investment and asset management organization that manages large-scale investments across transportation, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and industrial development sectors. This executive leadership role will oversee financial governance, corporate administration, operational finance strategy, and enterprise financial planning processes that support the organization’s long-term investment and operational objectives.

The Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration, will serve as a critical member of the executive leadership team responsible for ensuring the organization maintains strong financial discipline, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across complex global operations. As the firm continues to expand its infrastructure investment portfolio and operational footprint across international markets, this role will provide leadership in managing the financial systems and administrative frameworks that support sustainable growth.

This role will oversee multidisciplinary teams responsible for corporate accounting, financial reporting, treasury administration, financial planning and analysis, operational budgeting, and enterprise administrative functions. The SVP will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, investment leadership teams, and board committees to ensure financial performance is accurately measured and reported while maintaining transparency across the organization’s financial operations.

In addition to financial leadership responsibilities, the Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration, will guide initiatives designed to modernize financial infrastructure through advanced financial systems, data analytics platforms, and automation technologies that improve operational efficiency. These initiatives will enhance the organization’s ability to manage large-scale investment portfolios while maintaining strong financial oversight.

The SVP will also play a key role in coordinating administrative functions across global business units, including corporate governance support, operational administration, vendor management, and internal policy frameworks that ensure operational consistency across the enterprise. Through these responsibilities, the SVP will help strengthen the organization’s administrative infrastructure while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced financial credential strongly preferred.

18–20+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, corporate administration, or operational finance roles.

• Minimum 10+ years in senior executive leadership roles managing global finance operations.

• Extensive experience overseeing corporate financial reporting and operational budgeting processes.

• Strong expertise in financial governance, internal control frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience managing financial operations across multinational organizations or investment portfolios.

• Proven success implementing enterprise financial systems and financial automation platforms.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure investment, financial structures, and capital allocation strategies preferred.

• Experience working closely with executive leadership and board governance committees.

Total Compensation Package: $380,000 – $498,000
