Industry: Enterprise SaaS, AI-Enabled Technology, Cloud Platforms, Digital Operations, Business Transformation, Revenue Operations, and Enterprise Performance Management
Location: USA Remote
Compensation Package: $392K – $488K
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital operations, business transformation, revenue operations, and enterprise performance management organization supporting complex commercial, product, customer, technology, finance, people, and operational functions across the United States. The company operates in a fast-moving digital business environment where business operations directly influence execution quality, operating discipline, revenue visibility, customer delivery, workforce scalability, productivity, margin performance, and long-term enterprise value.
This is not a traditional operations leadership role focused only on administrative oversight, reporting routines, or departmental coordination. Business Operations is treated as a strategic enterprise function that connects company strategy, execution planning, operating cadence, performance management, cross-functional governance, process improvement, resource alignment, transformation initiatives, and executive decision support. The organization expects business operations leadership to help translate company priorities into practical operating systems that improve speed, clarity, accountability, and measurable results.
The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled operations, enterprise systems modernization, workflow automation, performance dashboards, business process improvement, revenue and customer lifecycle visibility, strategic planning routines, resource planning, operating model maturity, and scalable governance. As the business grows, leadership is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Operations who can bring executive presence, operational depth, analytical discipline, and cross-functional influence to a highly visible enterprise role.
The Senior Vice President of Business Operations will lead enterprise business operations strategy across operating cadence, strategic planning support, performance management, process optimization, business transformation, resource planning, executive reporting, operational governance, and cross-functional execution. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, CRO, CPO, CTO, CIO, Chief People Officer, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Data Analytics, HR, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure company priorities are aligned, measured, and executed with discipline.
This role requires a leader who understands both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will know how to diagnose operational friction, build scalable business processes, improve cross-functional alignment, develop operating metrics, guide transformation programs, support executive decision-making, and create accountability across multiple business functions. This person should be comfortable working with senior leaders, complex data, competing priorities, fast growth, and enterprise-level initiatives that require influence across the organization.
The selected candidate will help strengthen how the company runs at scale. This includes improving planning routines, building clearer operating dashboards, supporting business transformation, enhancing decision visibility, improving process quality, reducing organizational friction, and ensuring leadership teams have the information, structure, and accountability needed to execute effectively.
This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a business operations leader who wants to shape the operating system of a large technology-driven company, improve enterprise performance, and help leadership convert strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the company’s enterprise business operations strategy across operating cadence, strategic planning, performance management, process improvement, resource alignment, business transformation, and execution governance.
• Partner with the CEO, COO, CFO, and executive leadership team to translate company priorities into operating plans, measurable goals, workstreams, milestones, decision forums, and accountability routines.

• Business-minded and outcome-focused, with a strong understanding of how operational decisions affect revenue, customer experience, profitability, productivity, and enterprise value.
• Execution-oriented and highly accountable, with strong follow-through across initiatives, deadlines, dependencies, stakeholder commitments, and leadership priorities.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, especially when business needs are evolving, information is incomplete, priorities compete, or multiple functions need alignment.
• Collaborative and able to influence Finance, Revenue, Product, Technology, Customer Success, People, Legal, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership without relying only on authority.
• Process-focused but practical, with the ability to improve operating discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
