Location: Hybrid – U.S. (Global Enterprise Scope)
Executive Level: C-Suite
Compensation Package: $365,000 – $433,000 (Base + Executive Bonus + Long-Term Incentives)

About the Role

In complex global enterprises, strategy without execution fails and execution without strategy stalls. We are seeking a Chief Operations & Strategy Officer (COSO) to unify enterprise strategy with operational execution across a multi-business, high-scale organization.

This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to translate strategic intent into operating reality. The COSO will oversee enterprise operations while also owning strategic planning, transformation execution, and performance optimization. You will ensure that the long-term strategy is embedded into day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and decision-making.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the COSO will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, CIO, and Board to shape enterprise direction, scale operations efficiently, and drive sustained performance improvement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that cut across operations, technology, finance, and workforce, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

This is not a dual-hat role in name only. It is a mandate to make strategy executable and operations strategic at an enterprise scale.
