We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead global sales strategy and execution in a fully remote U.S.-based leadership model. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this executive will oversee enterprise sales, regional teams, and partner channels, ensuring alignment with aggressive revenue growth objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with revenue growth, market expansion, and product positioning.

• Lead a distributed, remote-first sales organization across multiple regions and time zones.

• Drive revenue through enterprise account acquisition, expansion, and strategic customer engagement.

• Build and scale high-performing teams, including regional leaders, enterprise account executives, and channel partners.

• Establish and optimize sales processes, forecasting models, and pipeline management systems.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and demand generation efforts.

• Lead complex enterprise deal negotiations and long-term strategic partnerships.

• Implement data-driven sales strategies leveraging CRM platforms, AI insights, and performance analytics.

• Monitor and improve KPIs related to pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

• Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement in sales productivity and team performance.

• Provide executive-level reporting to the CCO, CEO, and board of directors.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 15–20+ years of experience in sales leadership within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environments.

• Proven track record of exceeding large-scale revenue targets in global markets.

• Experience leading remote and distributed sales teams across the United States.

• Strong expertise in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and go-to-market execution.

• Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.

• Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and revenue operations frameworks.

• Strong financial acumen and forecasting capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and board-level decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $400,000 – $520,000
