We operate within a large, product-driven technology enterprise delivering complex digital platforms and data-enabled solutions at scale. As product portfolios grow and operating models mature, Product Operations becomes essential to aligning strategy, execution, governance, and performance across the full product lifecycle.

The Senior Vice President, Product Operations, is an executive leadership role responsible for building and leading the operational backbone of the product organization. This role ensures that product strategy translates into disciplined execution through standardized processes, data-driven insights, cross-functional alignment, and scalable operating models.

This position is designed for a senior leader who combines strong product fluency with operational rigor—someone who can bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to fast-moving product environments while enabling innovation and growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide Product Operations strategy across portfolio governance, planning, execution, and performance management.
  • Design and scale product operating models that support growth, speed, and consistency across teams.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Commercial leaders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Establish standardized processes for roadmapping, prioritization, delivery cadence, and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee product metrics, dashboards, and reporting tied to outcomes, adoption, and value realization.
  • Drive cross-functional operating rhythms, including quarterly planning, reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Enable product teams through tooling, frameworks, and best practices that improve delivery and decision-making.
  • Support product portfolio investment decisions in partnership with Finance and Strategy teams.
  • Lead change management efforts as product models, platforms, and organizational structures evolve.
  • Build, mentor, and lead senior Product Operations leaders and global teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or Enterprise Operations.
  • Proven success operating at scale within SaaS, platform, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance.
  • Experience partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design operating models and performance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.

  • Provide insight into industry best practices for product operations and delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $230,000 – $310,000
