About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager who can accelerate operational excellence across multiple business units, partner with senior leadership to drive execution of high-impact initiatives, and transform complex strategies into scalable, measurable, and repeatable processes. This role is not back-office operations it is high-visibility, enterprise-level strategic enablement.

You will manage multi-stream initiatives, build operational frameworks, elevate performance metrics, and act as the organizational “glue” between departments such as Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Data, and Corporate Operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and understands how to influence outcomes without relying solely on authority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise operational strategy across multiple functions, aligning objectives, resourcing, timelines, and performance goals.
  • Manage cross-functional programs with clear execution plans, KPIs, and governance structures.
  • Build operational frameworks and playbooks that improve consistency, scalability, and workflow maturity.
  • Identify operational gaps and work with business leaders to design data-driven process improvements.
  • Lead performance reporting across strategic initiatives, unifying metrics, dashboards, and business insights.
  • Partner with Finance to support forecasting, investment planning, and operational cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to ensure operational readiness for new systems, features, and digital capabilities.
  • Anticipate risks, design mitigation strategies, and ensure cross-team dependencies are aligned.
  • Influence stakeholder decision-making by synthesizing insights and recommending high-impact actions.
  • Support executive leadership with strategic planning cycles, operational reviews, and enterprise-wide execution alignment.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, business operations, or program management.
  • Experience in Technology, Financial Services, SaaS, or other high-growth, data-intensive industries.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience interpreting data, business performance, and financial indicators.
  • Proven success in driving operational improvements and leading multi-functional initiatives.
  • Experience building cross-organizational alignment in fast-paced or rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Proficiency with operational tools such as Excel, BI dashboards, SQL familiarity, and workflow management systems.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business/analytics degree preferred.

  • Enable executive leadership in setting long-term priorities, organizational OKRs, and operational roadmaps.
  • Provide insights into operational performance, resource allocation, and process efficiencies.
  • Improve enterprise operating rhythm through strategic planning, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional alignment routines.
  • Support change-management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder adoption across teams and regions.
  • Contribute to long-term organizational scaling models and operational capacity planning.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $185,000 – $255,000 USD
(Includes base salary + performance incentives + long-term rewards)
