Our Supply Chain organization sits at the intersection of data, operations, and technology—responsible for optimizing inventory flow, improving fulfillment efficiency, and enabling real-time decision-making across a global network of suppliers, distribution centers, and last-mile delivery partners.

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic advantage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities within the supply chain network.
  • Develop forecasting models and demand planning tools to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Partner with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and transportation efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support network design, capacity planning, and distribution optimization initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or logistics within large-scale organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics operations.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Contribute to the development of predictive analytics capabilities and advanced modeling frameworks.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with hybrid work flexibility based in Seattle, WA.
  • Fast-paced, data-intensive environment with high visibility across operations and leadership teams.
  • Occasional travel to distribution centers or partner sites for operational analysis and project support.
