- Drive forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization using advanced analytics.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.

- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, mitigate risks, and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications – What We Are Looking For
- 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or manufacturing, with proven leadership at scale.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in global supply chains.
- Exceptional skills in analytics, problem-solving, and vendor negotiations.
- Experience managing multi-country operations with diverse regulatory environments.
Strategic Support
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, aligning supply chain priorities with corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to ensure supply chain supports revenue growth and profitability goals.
- Shape and execute long-term strategies around resilience, digital transformation, and sustainability.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid/Remote model with travel to distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and global offices.
