As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will take ownership of critical operational workflows, performance metrics, cross-functional processes, and continuous-improvement initiatives that ensure high reliability and operational efficiency across the network. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring high performance across procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Performance Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven analysis to enhance throughput, cost efficiency, and service levels.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Transportation, and Finance to align operational execution with business targets.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage demand planning, inventory accuracy, replenishment cycles, and SKU-level performance.
  • Logistics Oversight: Monitor inbound and outbound logistics, carrier relations, delivery SLAs, and transportation efficiencies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Own operational KPIs, dashboards, forecasting models, and root-cause analyses to support decision-making.
  • Technology Integration: Support adoption of supply chain systems, automation tools, WMS/TMS platforms, and advanced planning technologies.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance across all operational processes.
  • Project Leadership: Drive operational projects such as network redesigns, capacity expansion, process automation, and vendor transitions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Production Management, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong background in technology-enabled supply chain operations, e-commerce fulfillment, consumer goods, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain principles, including S&OP, demand planning, inventory management, WMS/TMS systems, and logistics strategy.
  • Experience managing multi-site or distributed operational teams preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills using data tools, dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Partner with the VP of Supply Chain, Operations Leadership, Finance, and Manufacturing on network strategy and operational improvement.
  • Support long-term supply chain planning, capital projects, automation initiatives, and sustainability efforts.
  • Contribute to financial planning by providing insights on cost savings, supply chain KPIs, and operational efficiencies.
  • Influence enterprise strategy related to production flow, logistics optimization, and customer delivery excellence.

Working Conditions

  • Remote role with occasional travel to manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and strategic leadership meetings.
  • Requires flexibility to coordinate across multiple U.S. and global time zones.
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent priority shifts and operational demands.
  • High-visibility role with involvement in enterprise-level projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $185,000 – $238,000
