The SVP Operations will play a defining role in shaping the future of our operational ecosystem. This executive will be responsible for operational excellence, strategy, performance management, automation, and enterprise-wide scalability. You will guide large teams, oversee multi-region operations, and partner directly with senior leadership to deliver long-term business results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Operational Leadership: Create and oversee operational strategies spanning production, service delivery, supply chain, logistics, and business operations.
  • Performance & Efficiency Management: Drive KPI frameworks, operational scorecards, and performance metrics across global teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technology, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Product teams to align goals and deliver operational synergy.
  • Global Operations Oversight: Direct multi-region operations, ensuring balanced performance across service quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Process Excellence: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational reliability.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Strengthen operational governance, resilience planning, regulatory compliance, and incident response.
  • Transformation & Growth Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives such as market expansion, system modernization, and end-to-end operational redesign.
  • Executive Reporting: Present operational performance, forecasts, risk insights, and strategic recommendations to C-Suite and Board committees.
  • People Leadership: Build and develop high-performing operational teams with a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational rigor.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of senior-level experience in operations leadership, supply chain, enterprise operations, service delivery, or large-scale business operations, with at least 5–7 years in executive roles.
  • Proven experience in technology, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise operations environments.
  • Strong command of operations strategy, automation, workforce management, and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, distributed teams and transforming operations at scale.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, operational analytics, cost modeling, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and Board-facing executive presence.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to the CEO, COO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Lead annual planning, operational forecasting, capital investment strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Support M&A integration, operational due diligence, and enterprise scaling initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, cost modeling, and ROI frameworks for operational initiatives.
  • Provide executive insights and recommendations to influence enterprise-level decisions.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $205,000 – $245,000
  • Executive Bonus: Annual performance incentive
  • Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): Executive equity or stock options may apply
