The Vice President of Digital Marketing will lead enterprise-wide digital strategy, performance marketing, customer acquisition, brand evolution, and digital experience innovation. This executive role oversees a diverse portfolio of digital capabilities including analytics, automation, content strategy, paid media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and omnichannel engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the enterprise digital marketing strategy across all channels and customer segments.
  • Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation, content strategy, social media, and digital brand initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven marketing frameworks.
  • Partner with Analytics and Technology teams to advance digital intelligence, marketing automation, and personalization capabilities.
  • Build and manage KPI dashboards for campaign performance, pipeline contributions, revenue impact, and efficiency metrics.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns supported by segmentation, experiential design, and targeted audience engagement.
  • Manage agency partnerships, vendor relationships, digital tools, and marketing technology investments.
  • Guide creative direction for digital storytelling, brand messaging, and integrated content frameworks.
  • Oversee digital experimentation programs, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and predictive modeling.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital trends, emerging channels, and competitive insights.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles, ideally within technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital services.
  • Proven track record driving acquisition, revenue growth, and brand expansion at scale.
  • Deep expertise across key digital disciplines: paid media, content, analytics, automation, performance marketing, and digital experience design.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, CDPs, automation engines).
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and optimizing media spend.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Strategy preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

  • Partner with Finance to model investment impact, forecast performance, and optimize digital spend.
  • Provide strategic input on global expansion, product launches, and competitive differentiation.
