The Vice President of Growth will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results in new and existing markets.
This role provides an opportunity to operate at a global scale, influence executive decision-making, and lead transformative growth initiatives across the enterprise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide growth strategies to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and strengthen client engagement.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives globally.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to design integrated growth plans.
- Lead high-impact initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention strategies, and monetization programs.
- Monitor growth performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and KPIs, reporting progress to executive leadership.
- Provide strategic guidance on pricing, product-market fit, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic partner meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement in growth processes, analytics, and operational scalability.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in growth strategy, business development, or revenue leadership, ideally in enterprise technology, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, scaling operations, and driving market expansion.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex growth initiatives across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven growth planning.

Working Conditions
- Full-time executive role with hybrid work flexibility based in San Francisco, CA.
