PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and transportation networks.
- Develop and execute the company’s logistics and transportation strategy, aligning with broader corporate growth goals.
- Lead a high-performing organization of logistics, warehouse, and regional operations leaders to ensure excellence in service, efficiency, and scalability.
- Manage multi-billion-dollar annual logistics budgets, driving cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and technology teams to integrate digital logistics solutions (IoT, AI forecasting, route optimization).
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for logistics partners, 3PL providers, and internal operations.
- Build sustainable and resilient supply chains that meet environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for large-scale network optimization, automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Develop succession pipelines and leadership programs to strengthen organizational capability across logistics functions.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain leadership, with 7+ years in an executive capacity.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics networks with multi-site or global responsibilities.
- Deep knowledge of logistics technology platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Strong command of analytics, cost modeling, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience working with international freight, customs, and compliance frameworks.
- Leadership style is defined by collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Strategic Support
- Partner with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Chief Operating Officer to define long-term logistics strategy and global expansion roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technology to support customer-first logistics and fulfillment excellence.
- Represent the logistics function in executive board discussions, offering insight into network capacity, risk management, and innovation trends.
- Build partnerships with major carriers, 3PLs, and technology vendors to advance operational agility and competitiveness.
Working Conditions

- Compensation Range: $271,000 – $366,000 + Annual Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan.
