We are seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead global manufacturing operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality, yield, and scalability across our fabrication network. This executive will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing performance, managing complex production environments, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

The VP of Manufacturing will work closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, and executive leadership to ensure seamless alignment between production capabilities and business objectives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global semiconductor manufacturing operations, including fabrication, assembly, and production processes.

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with capacity expansion, technology advancement, and business growth objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost efficiency across manufacturing facilities.

• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, and AI-driven process optimization.

• Ensure adherence to strict quality standards, cleanroom protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Oversee production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation across multiple fabs.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and process innovation.

• Manage global manufacturing budgets, capital expenditures, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to production performance, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.

• Develop and mentor manufacturing leadership teams, including plant managers and operations leaders.

• Oversee risk management, contingency planning, and business continuity across manufacturing operations.

• Provide executive-level reporting on manufacturing performance and strategic initiatives.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.

• 18–22+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced electronics production, or high-tech industrial environments.

• Proven track record managing large-scale manufacturing operations within semiconductor fabs or similar high-precision environments.

• Deep expertise in process engineering, yield optimization, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

• Experience implementing automation, AI-driven analytics, and smart manufacturing systems.

• Strong understanding of cleanroom operations, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated success in managing large teams and multi-site operations globally.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large capital investments and operational budgets.

• Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to board-level stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $348,000 – $459,000
