Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue objectives.
  • Lead demand generation, digital marketing, brand strategy, and product marketing functions.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven and performance-focused campaigns.
  • Oversee global marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
  • Utilize AI and analytics to optimize marketing performance, personalization, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and data teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed marketing organization.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale growth and demand generation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing global teams and multi-channel marketing ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, customer data platforms, and analytics systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing strategy with broader business objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $320,000 – $480,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
