Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee global marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
- Utilize AI and analytics to optimize marketing performance, personalization, and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and data teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12–18+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale growth and demand generation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience managing global teams and multi-channel marketing ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, customer data platforms, and analytics systems.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $320,000 – $480,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
