As the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee multi-department operations, ensure organisational alignment, strengthen performance frameworks, and support the strategic roadmap. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding teams, improving operational systems, and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop operational strategies that align with long-term organisational goals and support sustainable performance.
  • Lead process improvements, workflow optimisation, and implementation of best practices across operational teams.
  • Manage budgets, resource planning, and performance targets for operational departments.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards, reporting structures, and KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, and Customer teams.
  • Review operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service delivery, operational scalability, and team capability development.
  • Provide leadership support to managers and teams, ensuring high-quality execution and clear communication.
  • Support organisational transformation initiatives, system upgrades, and cross-functional programmes.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in large-scale, technology-enabled organisations, enterprise services, or multi-department operations.
  • Strong understanding of process optimisation, performance management, and operational governance.
  • Proven success leading teams, managing budgets, and coordinating multi-stakeholder operations.
  • Ability to work with data dashboards, reporting metrics, and analytical tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive stakeholders.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $198,000 – $266,000
  • Eligible for performance-based annual bonus
