As the Vice President of Partnerships, you will serve as a strategic architect—expanding our partner ecosystem, deepening alliances, and unlocking new revenue channels that elevate our brand, drive innovation, and scale our business globally. This is a high-impact executive role requiring vision, operational execution, and exceptional relationship leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy Leadership: Build and execute a multi-year partnership strategy aligned with corporate goals, market expansion plans, and enterprise innovation priorities.
- Ecosystem Development: Expand partnerships across technology platforms, cloud providers, consulting firms, channel partners, system integrators, and industry alliances.
- Revenue Growth: Drive co-selling programs, partner-driven pipeline creation, joint GTM initiatives, and commercial acceleration.
- Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate high-value relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Contracting & Negotiations: Lead partnership agreements, commercial frameworks, licensing models, and complex negotiation processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to support partner integration, launch, and long-term success.
- Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and partner performance dashboards to assess impact and optimize strategy.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and evolving partner opportunities to shape strategy.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a global Partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, execution, and innovation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Channel Management, or Enterprise Sales, with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven success scaling partnership ecosystems within technology, SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software companies.
- Strong understanding of partner models, channel economics, co-selling frameworks, and enterprise GTM strategies.
- Experience negotiating large-scale, high-value commercial partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead transformation and build structure within rapidly growing environments.

- Contribute to market expansion by identifying new industries, geographies, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on joint branding, thought leadership, and global visibility initiatives.
- Act as a senior advisor for partner integration, global scalability, and commercial alignment.
Working Conditions
- Remote role with periodic travel for partner summits, executive meetings, industry events, and strategic on-site engagements.
- Requires availability across multiple time zones due to global partner networks.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $240,000 – $296,000
- Bonus Program: Annual executive incentive
