About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead the strategic vision, positioning, and global go-to-market execution for a portfolio of AI-enabled software and enterprise solutions. This role is designed for a senior leader who combines market insight, commercial acumen, and operational execution to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and enhanced customer engagement across the enterprise.
The VP of Product Marketing will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to shape product narratives, launch strategies, and market differentiation. This role carries high visibility and accountability, influencing corporate strategy and creating measurable impact across global markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global product marketing strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and product roadmaps
- Lead go-to-market strategy, product launches, messaging, and positioning across multiple enterprise products
- Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive adoption, revenue, and retention
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide product strategy
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create sales enablement tools, campaigns, and training programs
- Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team with clear KPIs and development plans
- Partner with Corporate Communications and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Measure and report on marketing performance, adoption metrics, and ROI of product initiatives
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive product marketing, enterprise marketing, or go-to-market leadership experience
- 5+ years at VP or senior director level, leading enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology product marketing
- Experience managing global teams and multi-product portfolios
- Proven track record in product launches, go-to-market strategy, and revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills to measure success and optimize marketing strategies
- Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, and Executive leadership

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Range: $277,000 – $362,000 USD annually
