Industry: Global Enterprise Technology | AI-Enabled Platforms | Large-Scale Digital & Operational Transformation
Location: Hybrid – U.S. (Global Enterprise Scope)
Executive Level: Vice President
Compensation Package: $360,000 – $419,000 (Base + Executive Bonus + Long-Term Incentives)
About the Role
At enterprise scale, strategy only becomes meaningful when it is executed with discipline, transparency, and speed. We are seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead the orchestration and delivery of the organization’s most critical, cross-functional initiatives and programs that directly shape growth, operational performance, and long-term enterprise value.
This role sits at the center of the company’s execution engine. The VP of Program Management will own the enterprise program and portfolio management function, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into coordinated action across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams. You will oversee complex, multi-year initiatives spanning digital transformation, AI adoption, platform modernization, operating-model redesign, and global scale programs.
The Vice President will establish and institutionalize an enterprise-grade execution framework, governance, prioritization, investment discipline, and performance transparency, bringing clarity to complexity and accountability to execution. Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, C-suite, and Board, this leader ensures the organization delivers on its commitments while navigating scale, interdependencies, and change.
This is not a PMO caretaker role. It is a mandate to build execution excellence as a core enterprise capability, embedding rigor, pace, and measurable outcomes into how the organization operates.

- Build, mentor, and retain senior program leaders with strong succession depth.
- Present program performance, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and board committees.
