About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that redefine how we operate, innovate, and grow. As the VP of Transformation, you will act as the strategic architect of change, driving programs that align people, process, and technology under a unified vision. You’ll partner directly with the Chief Executive Officer and C-Suite leaders to execute high-impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, digital enablement, and organizational agility.
You will oversee a global portfolio of transformation programs across multiple functions, leveraging innovation, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is more than a change management role; it’s a strategic opportunity to design and lead a blueprint for sustainable success.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives, integrating strategy, operations, and technology to deliver measurable results.
- Design, implement, and manage multi-year transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify performance gaps and develop scalable solutions that enhance growth, profitability, and culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through digital tools, process optimization, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Build a Transformation Office (TMO) to govern, monitor, and accelerate progress on key initiatives.
- Develop data-driven performance metrics and dashboards to track ROI and strategic outcomes.
- Cultivate collaboration across global teams to embed innovation, accountability, and transformation readiness.
- Serve as a thought leader on change enablement, transformation strategy, and enterprise agility.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or Engineering; MBA or Executive Program preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, or operations leadership, including 7+ years in senior management.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation programs across global organizations.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, change management, operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma), and organizational design.
- Strong communication and executive influencing skills, capable of engaging C-level stakeholders and Board members.
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
- Hands-on experience with business process reengineering, technology adoption, and performance optimization.
Strategic Support
- Serve as the CEO’s and Board’s strategic transformation advisor, shaping and executing the long-term enterprise roadmap.
- Partner with functional leaders across Finance, Technology, Operations, and HR to drive alignment and execution.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies, systems, and organizational models that accelerate business performance.
- Represent the organization at industry forums and leadership summits, showcasing transformation excellence and innovation.
Working Conditions
