usually stepping into environments that are running but not fully
aligned. My approach is simple. First, I make sure leadership can

place a consistent operating cadence, clear scorecards, and real
accountability across teams. Once that’s in place, performance
stabilizes and improves in a measurable way.
I don’t focus on managing activity. I build operating systems that
help teams execute consistently, make better decisions, and scale
without losing control. That’s where I’ve delivered the most impact.
