About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, corporate communications, brand reputation, public affairs, digital transformation, and executive communications organization serving enterprise customers across complex technology-driven markets. The company operates in a high-visibility environment where communication strategy directly influences brand trust, customer confidence, employee alignment, investor perception, market credibility, executive positioning, stakeholder relationships, and long-term enterprise value.

This is not a traditional communications leadership role focused only on press releases, internal announcements, or media coordination. The Chief Communication Officer will serve as a strategic enterprise executive responsible for shaping how the company communicates its vision, protects its reputation, engages employees, positions leadership, manages external narratives, supports business transformation, and builds trust with customers, partners, employees, industry stakeholders, and the broader market.

The company is continuing to invest in executive communications, corporate storytelling, reputation strategy, employee communications, brand narrative, public relations, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, analyst and media relationships, digital communications, internal change messaging, and stronger alignment between communications, marketing, people, product, legal, and executive leadership. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Chief Communication Officer who can bring executive presence, strategic judgment, polished writing, narrative discipline, crisis readiness, and strong cross-functional influence to a highly visible role.

The Chief Communication Officer will lead communication strategy across corporate communications, executive communications, internal communications, external communications, crisis and issues management, public relations, brand reputation, employee messaging, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, communications governance, and strategic narrative development. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, Board, CMO, Chief People Officer, Legal, Product, Revenue, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Investor Relations, where applicable, HR, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure communication priorities support company strategy and market trust.

This role requires a leader who understands how communication shapes both external perception and internal execution. The ideal candidate will know how to advise senior executives, translate complex business and technology topics into clear narratives, prepare leaders for high-stakes communication moments, manage sensitive issues, guide employee communication during change, support media strategy, and build communication systems that help a large remote-first organization remain aligned and credible.

The selected candidate will help define how the company tells its story, protects its reputation, communicates change, supports leadership visibility, and strengthens stakeholder confidence. This includes improving message architecture, building stronger communication governance, leading internal and external narrative planning, improving executive visibility, supporting crisis readiness, and ensuring communications becomes a strategic driver of trust, clarity, and enterprise value.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a communications leader who wants to shape corporate reputation, advise senior leadership, build executive messaging systems, strengthen internal alignment, and help a large technology-driven organization communicate with authority, consistency, and impact.
