Industry: Enterprise SaaS, AI-Enabled Technology, Cloud Platforms, Digital Operations, Financial Strategy, and Business Transformation
Location: USA Remote
Compensation Package: $432K – $538K

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital operations, financial strategy, and business transformation organization supporting complex revenue models, enterprise customers, technology platforms, business operations, strategic investments, and distributed teams across the United States. The company operates in a fast-moving digital environment where financial leadership, operational discipline, forecasting accuracy, investment planning, margin performance, cost governance, and scalable business systems directly influence growth, profitability, customer value, and long-term enterprise strength.

This is not a traditional finance leadership role focused only on accounting oversight, reporting cycles, or budget administration. The Chief Financial Officer, Operations will serve as a strategic enterprise executive responsible for connecting financial strategy with operational execution. This role will help the organization understand where value is being created, where operational costs need discipline, where investment should be prioritized, and how financial decisions can support stronger business performance across the enterprise.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled business systems, financial planning and analysis, revenue operations alignment, operating model maturity, pricing discipline, cloud cost visibility, automation, procurement governance, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, customer profitability analysis, and scalable finance operations. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a senior finance and operations executive who can bring strong financial judgment, operational understanding, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making to a highly visible role.

The Chief Financial Officer Operations will lead financial strategy, operational finance, FP&A, business performance management, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, finance operations, investment governance, operating metrics, margin analysis, and executive financial reporting. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, COO, CRO, CIO, CTO, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, Legal, HR, Data Analytics, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure financial plans are tightly connected to business execution.

This role requires a leader who understands both enterprise finance and operational complexity. The ideal candidate will know how to build reliable forecasting routines, improve financial visibility, guide operating investments, evaluate business performance, strengthen cost controls, support pricing and revenue strategy, improve reporting quality, and advise senior leaders with clarity and confidence.

The selected candidate will help shape a stronger financial operating model for a large remote-first technology organization. This includes improving budget ownership, strengthening operational dashboards, supporting strategic planning, modernizing finance processes, increasing accountability around spend, and building a finance function that acts as a practical partner to the business.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a finance leader who wants to influence enterprise strategy, improve operational performance, strengthen financial discipline, and help a large technology-driven company scale with clarity, confidence, and measurable business value.
