The Chief Operating Officer will act as the architect of operational excellence, responsible for aligning global infrastructure, service delivery, operational strategy, and execution frameworks with the company’s long-term vision. This role requires a leader capable of navigating complex global systems, high-growth environments, and multi-layered operational ecosystems while maintaining exceptional standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency.
As a strategic partner to the CEO, the COO will ensure that organizational capabilities scale in parallel with market demand, driving operational innovation, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment across all business units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize global operations across infrastructure, service delivery, and enterprise platforms.
- Design and execute scalable operational frameworks to support rapid growth and market expansion.
- Drive end-to-end operational efficiency, including supply chain, vendor management, and service reliability.
- Oversee performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure world-class service delivery standards.
- Partner with technology and product teams to align operational capabilities with innovation roadmaps.
- Implement process automation, AI-driven operational intelligence, and workflow optimization strategies.
- Lead crisis management, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning at a global scale.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, logistics, and infrastructure functions.
- Ensure operational compliance with global regulatory, security, and data governance standards.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 18+ years of executive leadership experience in cloud computing, AI infrastructure, SaaS, or large-scale technology operations.
- Proven experience managing global operations in high-growth, multi-region environments.
- Strong background in operational scaling, digital transformation, and enterprise systems optimization.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex organizations with multi-billion-dollar operational scope.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, performance management, and cost optimization strategies.
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in global technology ecosystems.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $412,000 – $539,000 base salary
