Compensation Package: $460K – $550K

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital operations, business transformation, customer delivery, and enterprise performance management organization supporting complex commercial, product, technology, customer, finance, people, and operational functions across the United States. The company operates in a fast-moving digital business environment where operational leadership directly influences growth execution, customer outcomes, margin performance, employee productivity, process scalability, business continuity, cross-functional alignment, and long-term enterprise value.

This is not a traditional operations role focused only on administrative oversight, departmental coordination, or day-to-day process management. The Chief Operations Officer will serve as a strategic enterprise executive responsible for translating company strategy into disciplined execution across business operations, customer delivery, operating model design, performance management, resource planning, process optimization, organizational scalability, and cross-functional accountability.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled operations, workflow automation, enterprise systems modernization, customer delivery excellence, business intelligence, operational dashboards, resource planning, process governance, productivity improvement, operating cadence maturity, customer lifecycle optimization, and scalable business infrastructure. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Chief Operations Officer who can bring executive presence, operational depth, analytical rigor, financial discipline, and strong enterprise leadership to a highly visible role.

The Chief Operations Officer will lead enterprise operations strategy across business operations, customer delivery, strategic execution, operating cadence, performance management, operational excellence, business transformation, workforce alignment, resource planning, and cross-functional execution. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, CFO, CRO, CTO, CIO, CPO, CHRO, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Data Analytics, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure business priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.

This role requires a leader who understands how to run a large technology-driven company at scale. The ideal candidate will know how to improve operating discipline, reduce organizational friction, strengthen accountability, guide transformation programs, improve customer delivery, optimize resources, support financial performance, and build operating systems that help leadership make better decisions.

The selected candidate will help shape how the company plans, executes, measures, and improves its operating model. This includes strengthening enterprise cadences, improving performance visibility, building scalable processes, leading operational transformation, supporting customer and revenue alignment, improving productivity, and ensuring teams execute with clarity, speed, and ownership.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for an operations leader who wants to work closely with the CEO and Board, influence enterprise strategy, build scalable operating systems, and help a large remote-first technology organization grow with discipline, resilience, and measurable business impact.
