Welcome to More Recruits (“More Recruits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website morerecruits.com, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Summary

We are a U.S.-based recruitment partner serving Fortune 500 and high-growth firms, with remote-first coverage across all U.S. time zones.

Using our Services means you agree to responsible use, truthful information, and compliance with these Terms & applicable laws.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Scope of Services

We provide recruitment and talent-advisory services, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding guidance. We may also offer employer branding, market mapping, and compensation insights. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, accurate information in your resume/CV, profiles, and communications.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any non-public role details we share during processes.
  • Notify us promptly of changes to your employment status or availability.

Note: We may present your profile to select clients based on your consent and role alignment. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship with More Recruits.

4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Share accurate job descriptions, compensation ranges, hiring timelines, and decision criteria.
  • Comply with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Use candidate information exclusively for legitimate hiring purposes and maintain confidentiality.

5. Job Posts & Content

Content you submit (job posts, company profiles, messages, feedback) must be lawful, truthful, and free of IP infringement, discrimination, or misleading claims. We may edit, suspend, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Employer fees (e.g., retainers, success fees, subscriptions) are specified in applicable proposals, order forms, or master services agreements. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services commence. Late payments may incur reasonable charges as permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content or conduct.
  • No scraping, data harvesting, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
  • No posting of malware, automated spam, or content that violates privacy or IP rights.
  • No misrepresentation of identity, role, or authorization.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We treat non-public candidate and client information as confidential and use it solely to provide the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information received through the Services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to More Recruits and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted in writing.

You retain rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use it solely to operate and improve the Services.

10. Third-Party Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outcomes (hiring, compensation, timing) are guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Recruits and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Recruits from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Wilmington, Delaware, by a single arbitrator. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of IP or breach of confidentiality in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
